Yoga Therapy is a practice of utilizing the complete 8-limbs of yoga to reduce suffering on an individual and collective level. Yoga Therapists are specifically trained and certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and must complete 800 hours of accredited training.
Yoga Therapists use varied techniques and models like Ayurveda (life-wisdom science), and the Kosha model to look at the entire person; body, mind, and soul. Yoga Therapists support individuals with pain care, anxiety and depression, those with terminal illness, on the cancer care continuum, and more.
1:1 sessions are available with practitioners below, and we offer a weekly group class open to the public with dharma talk, yoga therapy techniques, and practices to embody a sense of healing through movement, breath, and meditation.
