Workshops are single classes or a limited monthly series outside of our weekly recurring schedule. These offerings feature guest teachers or topics that are more in depth than a single yoga class. Workshops and events are open to everyone and are not included in the monthly memberships and class packs.

Sleep (Oct 12) As we get used to shorter days with the time change, it's important to let our bodies respond accordingly. Sleep plays a huge role in how we show up everyday. Let’s get together and talk all things sleep! Some of the topics covered include: circadian rhythm, wind-down routines, foods that support sleep, gut-health connection, 3-2-1 method, and more! Nutrition (Nov 16) Learn how to eat your way to better health! Food is a love language that can be spoken in many dialects and cultures. During this season of holidays and feasting, choosing foods that align with our intentions for our health is paramount. We'll learn about: warming foods for the Season, eating with Mother Nature's cycles and supporting healthy and intuitive eating, food in community, the importance of protein, how to treat yourself and still feel good about it. Soul (Dec 14) This month will set the stage for how we want to live and express ourselves in 2025. Our soul is nourished and kept whole using a number of different methods. You'll learn: seasonal self-care practices, the importance of self expression, how to set intentions, and walk away with additional tools and resources to live YOUR best life! REGISTER HERE
