Each of our teachers is registered with 200-500 hours of base-training and education, many with specialty certifications and focused continuing education, so that you get the best variety, quality, and consistency in your yoga practice.

RYT-200. Sammy is a former ballet dancer and pilates teacher who brings dynamic movement and range to her upbeat Vinyasa Flow class 9am Monday mornings. Sammy has studied with Jason Crandell and Diana Vitantonio, and has a heart for student-focused teaching that energizes and inspires.

RYT-200. Specialties in Trauma-Informed and Yin Yoga.
Steph is the owner of Santosha Yoga Collective and sets the tone of the studio in philosophy and spiritual direction.  She is a Loomis native and completed her initial teacher training in Davis, CA. Steph is passionate about local community collaborations. Her private class and workshop experience includes building a storytime and movement program at the Loomis Library, teaching Chair Yoga for the Loomis Senior LIFE Center, and leading weekly classes for Oakmont of Roseville Assisted Living + Memory Care.

Andrea
RYT-200. Andrea is certified in Kaiut yoga and brings gentle somatic (inner mindfulness) work into all her classes. Andrea teaches Tuesday evening Yoga + Meditation. When she's not on the mat, you can find Andrea working her magic in real estate, and handmade tie dye!

Erin
RYT-500. Yoga Therapist Erin holds specialty certifications in trauma-informed yoga and teaches our Saturday morning Balance class. Erin also brings yoga to local high schools and homeless shelters. Outside of the studio she loves to walk with her dog, Gracie, and hosts 1:1 yoga sessions and retreats at her yoga sanctuary in Auburn.

Studio Manager Jessamy is an event planner and fitness community expert. She brings a big smile to our studio front desk and supports our students and teachers to have the best and most seamless practice possible!

LORI
RYT-200. Yin Yoga certified. Lori has been teaching with Bridge Yoga since 2019 and brings beautiful Hawaiian music and song to her Tuesday 9am Gentle Yoga. When she's not on the mat you can find her golfing, camping, hula dancing, or volunteering for local animal shelters.

RYT-200. Chair Yoga teacher Sandy Jones brings sunshine to every class.
We love having her wisdom, humor, and experience every Monday at 11am.

RYT-500. Val teaches our Thursday night Restore class and brings a lovely pace of practice that is gentle and kind.

Angie
RYT-200. Specialty certification in Restorative Yoga. Angie teaches Sunday 9am Restore and has a heart for practices that are  gentle and supported with lots of props. She has studied with teachers Nicki Doane and Judith Lasater. When she's not in the studio you can find Angie gardening, reading, or spending time with her family and all her animals.

RYT-200. Alicia has been teaching yoga since 2016 after years of nursing school and public health studies in college which fueled her passion for promoting wellness to all. She leads international yoga retreats, specialty workshops, and kids and family yoga programs which bring together movement and philosophy with an element of fun and wonder.

WHITNEY
RYT-500. Specialty certifications in yoga-therapy and SUP yoga. Whitney is our Community Director; coordinating workshops, inviting in guest educators, and planning special events with our vendors. She teaches 6am Sunrise Flow on Mondays and Wednesdays, Balance 9am Wednesdays, and leads an energetic 9am Flow on Thursdays. Whitney also makes the handmade suncatchers which you can find in our studio spreading light and joy on our garden windows!

RYT-500. Roxy started in Core Power Yoga and brings creativity and heart into every class she teaches. She teaches Friday morning Gentle yoga, and she has a passion for Mudra, creative workshops, and classes that inspire. When Roxy is not on the mat you can find her baking sweet treats, and spending time with her family, and fav golden retriever Remington.

BETH
RYT-200 Beth completed her yoga teacher training in 2013 with Jim and Kate Coughlin in Pleasanton, CA. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and loves the Iyengar style most because of its slower pace, attention to detail, and use of props to promote proper alignment and ease in every body. She is bringing our new Align class to the schedule on Wednesday evenings and Sundays at 11am starting in March. When she's not on the mat, you can find Beth spending time with family, her dog, preparing healthy delicious meals, and swimming.
