Studio Owner RYT500, YACEP, Yin, Trauma, Pain Care, Certified Holistic Coach Death Doula Yoga Therapist in Training Stephanie co-leads retreats, continuing education workshops, and trainings in collaboration through our Wellness Collective. RYT200 Vinyasa & Yin Pilates & Dance Sammy teaches: Mon, Wed, and Fri 9am Power Flow Thurs 8am Group Mat Pilates Sammy's classes are fun, fast-paced, and creative. You'll feel the heat and leave challenged and empowered. When she's not on the mat you can find Sammy at the Ballet studio, spending time with her family, and playing with her adorable French Bulldogs. |

RYT500 Jill teaches: Thursday 9am Gentle Yoga She also leads specialty workshops seasonally. Jill is Anusara trained and brings creative mobility and intelligent sequencing to her fun-loving classes. AUBRIE TIPPETS
RYT200, Yin, & Birth Wisdom Yoga Aubrie teaches: Wednesday 11am Chair Yoga Tuesday 9am Prenatal Yoga (twice monthly) Aubrie is a calm and tender teacher who believes in Yoga as a healing art. Her classes are mindful, meditative, and based in a deep sense of spirituality and reverence for the body-mind connection. When she's not on the mat, you'll find Aubrie spending time with her 6 kids, and tending her local farm Penryn Pastures, growing mandarins and taking care of hogs, cows, ducks, and more! |

RYT200 Beth teaches: Wednesday 9:30am Gentle Yoga Beth is trained in an Iyengar-style of Yoga that focuses on alignment and anatomy. Her classes are taught with lots of props and an emphasis on accessibility and range of motion. When she's not on the mat you can find Beth cooking, swimming, strength training, and playing with her dog Lucy. |

She leads Yoga Retreats around the world and once rode a camel in Morocco! When she's not on the mat, you can find Michelle hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends and family. |

RYT200, Yin, Meditation Kasia teaches: Wednesday 5pm Yin + Reiki Wednesday 6:30pm Slow Flow Kasia is trained in principles of trauma-informed Integrative Yoga Therapy and brings a deep sense of healing and purpose into her weekly movement classes. Off the mat you can find Kasia baking, reading, hiking, or spending time with her family. |

RYT200 & Balanced Body Pilates Kim teaches: Monday 10:30am Group Mat Pilates Kim's classes are fun and challenging with a dash of heat. You can expect a good sense of humor and sneaky sweat in her weekly 45 minute Pilates movement class. When she's not on the mat you can find Kim hiking, trail-running, and spending time with her family. |

KELLY BOOTH
RYT200, Vinyasa & Yin Kelly teaches: Tuesday 5pm Power Flow With two 200-hour trainings under her belt (Power Vinyasa from Zuda Yoga, and trauma-informed Integrative Yoga Therapy from Santosha Yoga) Kelly weaves together a fun and pumped up Flow Class that honors all of the elements of yoga, from mudra, to chakra, meditation, and everything in between. When she's not on the mat you can find Kelly at her day-job leading the department of Special Education for the Loomis Union School District, and spending time with her family in her home state of Florida. |

RYT200, Yin, Reiki 1 & 2 Therapeutic Massage Sue assists: Wednesday 5pm Yin + Reiki Sue is trained in a Japanese modality of energy work known as Reiki which is a practice to support the body-mind in its natural ability to heal itself. She assists Kasia in the Wednesday night Yin + Reiki class. When Sue is not on the mat you can find her cooking, gardening, swimming, and quilting. |

RYT200, LMFT Expansion Brainspotting Kristin teaches: Tuesday 6:30pm Therapeutic Yoga Kristin is a trained mental health therapist with background in Brainspotting as a healing art and science. At Santosha Yoga Collective Kristin brings her training in trauma-informed Integrative Yoga Therapy to blend a unique movement and meditation class that helps you connect with your body's innate power to heal itself. When she's not on the mat you can find Kristin spending time with her kids and working with horses in equine therapy! |

MICHELE FLORES
RYT200, Holistic Health Coach Michele teaches: Thursday 10:30am Yoga for Stress Michele is trained in principles of trauma-informed Integrative Yoga Therapy and blends together concepts of polyvagal theory of the nervous system along with yoga philosophy for a class that will truly help you feel supported to show up for life from the inside out. Outside of Santosha Yoga she is a chronic illness coach. When Michele is not on the mat you can find her reading and spending time with her family. |

She keeps the space soothing and grounded. She is devoted to the practices of yoga that highlight the seasons, incorporating aromatherapy, sound, mantra, mudra, and meditation into her classes. When she's not on the mat you can find JJ serving as a caregiver, cooking for others, and homeschooling. |
