Studio Owner RYT500, YACEP, Yin, Trauma, Pain Care, Certified Holistic Coach Death Doula Yoga Therapist in Training Stephanie co-leads retreats, continuing education workshops, and trainings in collaboration through our Wellness Collective. You'll feel the heat and leave challenged and empowered. When she's not on the mat you can find Sammy at the Ballet studio, spending time with her family, and playing with her adorable French Bulldogs. |

AUBRIE TIPPETS
RYT200, Yin, & Birth Wisdom Yoga Aubrie teaches: Wednesday 11am Chair Yoga Tuesday 9am Prenatal Yoga (twice monthly) Aubrie is a calm and tender teacher who believes in Yoga as a healing art. Her classes are mindful, meditative, and based in a deep sense of spirituality and reverence for the body-mind connection. When she's not on the mat, you'll find Aubrie spending time with her 6 kids, and tending her local farm Penryn Pastures, growing mandarins and taking care of hogs, cows, ducks, and more! |

RYT200 Beth teaches: Wednesday 9:30am Gentle Yoga Beth is trained in an Iyengar-style of Yoga that focuses on alignment and anatomy. Her classes are taught with lots of props and an emphasis on accessibility and range of motion. When she's not on the mat you can find Beth cooking, swimming, strength training, and playing with her dog Lucy. |

RYT200, Yin, Yoga for Breast Cancer Sandy teaches: Monday 11am Chair Yoga Sandy has a calm and steady demeanor, leading classes that are wise, intelligently sequenced, and focused on longevity and strength. RYT200 & Balanced Body Pilates Kim teaches: Monday 10:30am Group Mat Pilates Kim's classes are fun and challenging with a dash of heat. You can expect a good sense of humor and sneaky sweat in her weekly 45 minute Pilates movement class. When she's not on the mat you can find Kim hiking, trail-running, and spending time with her family. |

RYT200, Yin, Reiki 1 & 2 Therapeutic Massage Sue teaches Monday 5pm Yin and assists Wednesday 5pm Yin + Reiki Sue is trained in a Japanese modality of energy work known as Reiki which is a practice to support the body-mind in its natural ability to heal itself. She assists Kasia in the Wednesday night Yin + Reiki class. When Sue is not on the mat you can find her cooking, gardening, swimming, and quilting. |

RYT200, LMFT Expansion Brainspotting Kristin teaches: Tuesday 6:30pm Therapeutic Yoga Kristin is a trained mental health therapist with background in Brainspotting as a healing art and science. At Santosha Yoga Collective Kristin brings her training in trauma-informed Integrative Yoga Therapy to blend a unique movement and meditation class that helps you connect with your body's innate power to heal itself. When she's not on the mat you can find Kristin spending time with her kids and working with horses in equine therapy! |

RYT200, Holistic Health Coach Michele teaches: Thursday 10:30am Yoga for Stress Michele is trained in principles of trauma-informed Integrative Yoga Therapy and blends together concepts of polyvagal theory of the nervous system along with yoga philosophy for a class that will truly help you feel supported to show up for life from the inside out. Outside of Santosha Yoga she is a chronic illness coach. When Michele is not on the mat you can find her reading and spending time with her family. |

She keeps the space soothing and grounded. She is devoted to the practices of yoga that highlight the seasons, incorporating aromatherapy, sound, mantra, mudra, and meditation into her classes. RYT200 George leads: Tuesday 5pm Power Flow Geo is an RYT200 trained in flow, with a movement background in cycling, skiing, and the occasional run. Geo loves the challenge, rhythm, and mindfulness of Vinyasa Flow. Geo creates sequences that move naturally from one pose to the next—flows that feel intuitive but still offer moments of challenge and discovery. Geo says, "Yoga almost always shifts my mindset for the better, and sharing that experience with others is one of my favorite parts of teaching." |
