flow
9am MON / FRI 5pm TUE / THU 6:30pm MON 75 min. Vinyasa offers a flowing sequence with movement in coordination with breath. This upbeat and playful style of yoga offers dance-like rhythm, allowing the practitioner the ability to let go and move! You can expect vigorous sun salutations, and athletic transitions, creating strength and stamina, and sequencing that builds to a peak before settling on the floor to unwind. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |

6am TUE / THU 60 min. Our sunrise flow practice is strong and invigorating, offering a smooth sequence of dynamic movement in coordination with breath. You’ll feel challenged, clear-minded, and ready to face the day. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |
chair
11am MON / WED / FRI 60 min. Yoga is for every body and using a chair as a prop makes it even more accessible. This class is designed to increase range of motion, improve stability and balance, bring awareness to posture, and strengthen breath function. Plus, we have a ton of fun doing it! This class is appropriately challenging, designed to be gentle for aging well, recovering from injury, or bodies that need a little TLC. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |
beginner
11am SAT 60 min. This fundamental class teaches the basics of foundational postures, focusing on alignment and confidence with props. We build with breathwork, a mindful warm up that explores all directions of movement in the spine, standing balance and leg work, then wind down into longer holding postures seated or lying down, finally resting on the floor in savasana. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |
YOGA + meditation
6:30pm THURS 90 min. This all-levels class begins with breath awareness and physical asana; gentle movements, and traditional hatha poses directed toward ease and strength in the spine. Physical work is followed by thirty minutes of guided meditation in a savasana. Yoga Nidra - yoga of sleep - is an undemanding entry into meditation practice, as the body relaxes deeply, while the mind is kept alert and occupied with visualization practices. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |
balance
9am WED / SAT 11am THURS 5pm WED 75 min. In balance class, you'll build strength through static poses designed to support a healthy spine and breath function. This class is alignment focused and intelligently sequenced to ensure students progress safely and at their own pace. Balance work in standing postures, optional inversions, and breath included. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |
restore
9am SUNDAYS 90 min. A classical restorative yoga that is passive (not active), where we stay seated or lying down. Shapes are fully propped with bolsters and blankets, so that your body and mind can get into rest and digest mode and recalibrate the nervous system. Postures are held for 3-5 min each. Think of it like the “dessert” of yoga, with guided meditation included. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. ALIGN
6:30pm WED 11am SUN 75 min This class is based on the Iyengar style and is a form of hatha yoga (static holds) for all levels that focuses on proper alignment and precise technique using lots of props for accessibility and enhancing the ability to stay in a pose for an extended period of time (blocks, bolsters, chairs, blankets and the wall). Through slower movements and an emphasis on quality over quantity, Iyengar style yoga combines asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. gentle
9am TUE / THU 75 min. 5pm MON 60 min. 6:30pm TUE 75 min. This yin class focuses on intentional movements, with mainly floor postures (seated or lying down) held for 3-5 min each. Postures utilize lots of props to stretch deeper and release the connective tissues; especially encouraging mobility in the hips, pelvis, and low back. room is a comfortable 72 degrees. Flow Foundation
11am TUES 60 min. Flow Foundation is a 4-part mini-course that embraces the physical practice of asana (poses), emphasizing individual strategies for movement over conformity. With practical advice and warmth, Lori will break down all the common struggles, and show you how to adapt the pose to your body and get stronger over time. In our first four weeks we’ll cover Sun Salutation A which includes standing poses, forward folds, four limbed staff pose, cobra, downdog, updog all while integrating your breath and mindful rest. There will be central asana highlighted in each class: Mar 21 - Chaturanga Dandasana and Bhujangasana (4-limb staff pose and cobra) Mar 28 - Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana (Upward and Downward Facing Dog) You’ll finish feeling confident that you're equipped with the self-knowledge and courage to try more classes. workshops
These are longer-form sessions that are unique and offered one-time only or as a specialty series. Workshops focus on a specific topic, or deep dive into a practice that is more involved than a standard posture class (sometimes involving writing and lecture, additional interests like essential oils or sound meditations with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes.)
