Yoga is a healing art and science that moves energy throughout the body and encourages being in the present moment. Classes often focus on physical postures and movement that help strengthen the body and soothe the mind for optimal health and wellness. The place you start is up to you!

RESTORE:
Our most restful class on the schedule. This classical restorative yoga is passive (not active), where we stay seated or lying down the entire time. Shapes are fully propped with bolsters and blankets, so that your body and mind can get into rest and digest mode and recalibrate the nervous system. Postures are held for 8-10 min each and this class is especially designed for those recovering from illness or injury. All bodies and mobility levels are welcome here. THERAPEUTIC YOGA:
Explore Yoga Therapy based practices that bring you home to yourself and feel a supportive connection to your unique and personal power to heal from the inside out. Class includes a brief teaching and theme from yoga philosophy, accessible movement, and guided meditation combined with principles of Expansion Brainspotting. YOGA FOR STRESS:
This Yoga Therapy based class meets weekly in our Wellness Classroom and highlights Yoga as an interactive practice for the whole body-mind that supports balance in the nervous system. YOGA FOR GRIEF:
This unique class is based in Yoga Therapy principles as a foundation for allowing the natural emotional and physical process of grief to move through your body-mind and release. Experience meditation, physical postures and movement, somatic work, and breathing techniques that support you in body, mind, and soul. Based in teachings of Antonio Sausys. Class is led by studio owner Stephanie Alston; ERYT500, death doula, certified holistic coach, trauma-informed yoga therapist in training. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees. YIN:
Yin is a seasonal practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine all about finding the balanced center in body, breath, and mind. This meditative class stays mostly seated or lying down, holding postures for 3-5 min each. Props are utilized to release the connective tissues and access meridian lines; especially encouraging mobility in the hips, pelvis, and low back. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees. CHAIR:
This class is designed to increase range of motion, improve stability and balance, bring awareness to posture, and strengthen breath function, all while supported by a chair. Class includes seated warm up and standing balance postures. Gentle and accommodating for aging well, while also building strength and stamina over time, these sessions are ideal for bodies that need a little TLC. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees. PRENATAL:
Prenatal yoga adapts to meet your ever changing body-mind experience. Built for expecting persons, and those postpartum, you'll learn movement, breath, and modifications that will help you integrate into any yoga class, with sequencing for a healthy pelvic floor and spine. NEW TO YOGA SERIES
Limited Time Series: January 2026! Meets Saturdays at 9am, Jan 10th - 31st This fundamental class teaches the basics of yoga, focusing on alignment in postures and confidence with props. You can expect mindful breathing and movement, themes every week that highlight the varied practices at our studio including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Meditation, and Restore, all ending with a resting pose lying down on the floor. Class is led by Kasia Faughn, graduate of our 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training based in trauma-informed and therapeutic yoga principles. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees. |

SLOW FLOW:
Vinyasa is breath connected with movement, with Sun Salutations and sequences that get up and down off the floor at a pace that is steady. This class flows like water and builds warmth gradually. Movement is connected and intentional with lots of options available. This class does not include arm balances. Slow Flow winds down into deep stretches before savasana. POWER FLOW:
Our most energetic class on the schedule. Feel empowered and strong, building a sense of fire in your body and breath! Vinyasa is breath connected with movement that flows smoothly from one posture to the next. You can expect dancelike movement and athletic transitions that build vigorously and allow for play with optional inversions and arm balances. This class is fast-paced and continuously moving with Sun Salutations, chaturanga sequences (yoga push ups), and core work included. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees. MAT PILATES:
This 45 min Wellness Collective class is movement that can compliment a yoga practice. These sessions are entirely on the mat: props will be used, but no additional Pilates reformer equipment. Pilates is low impact body conditioning that will help strengthen and lengthen your muscles. It emphasizes strengthening the core and is great for improved posture, stability, mobility, and mental focus. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees. GENTLE:
This class is a mobility-based practice that incorporates yoga awareness, active mindful movement, and joint-health techniques to help you build range of motion. Class stays low to the ground, utilizing props and creative sequencing to keep you moving in a way that is peaceful and connected. You’ll leave feeling centered, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Room is a comfortable 72 degrees.
