If you’ve been searching for a well-rounded, holistic, and supportive yoga teacher training in the Northern California area, look no further! This training, hosted at Santosha Yoga Collective in Loomis, is an opportunity to deepen your practice and receive your teaching certificate in an inclusive and empowering environment. What Is Wild & Wise? Wild & Wise is a transformational program designed to empower first-time yoga teachers by blending ancient yoga techniques (the “wise”) with intuitive self-discovery (the “wild”). Our intention is to guide you in sharing the profound gifts of yoga as a healing practice for the body, mind, and soul. Led by Erin Alexander and Stephanie Alston, both trauma-informed yoga teachers and studying yoga therapists, this training will help you connect to your unique calling while teaching safe, inclusive, and skillful yoga classes. This program goes beyond the mat, incorporating tools for personal growth, holistic health, and spiritual connection. If you’ve felt the life-changing effects of yoga in your own practice, this training is your next step. Why Choose THIS Yoga Training?
